How I Lost 5kg in 2 Months (5 Tips) and My Experience with Alphabet Burner


When Luka from Alphabet Burner asked me if I would like to try out their product, the Alphabet Burner**, I was a bit sceptical because I did not want to say 'yes' to something potentially disappointing. I am not crazy and I don't believe in magic pills; I used fat burners before and there was no significant change in my body-fat percentage. This was around the time when I gained approx. 5kg and felt very bad about myself. Here are the 5 things I re-learned in the past two months:

1) Train hard and don't be afraid of weights (women!)
2) Your success will equal to the size of your sacrifice: If you don't have time, you have to make time (for meal preps and gym)
3) I am on a strict diet with 1 cheat day per month. Yes, it is hard. It is supposed to be hard. Nothing worth having comes easy.
4) Fitness is also a mental journey. Instead of listening to music while working out I process some uncleared things in my head while working that iron.
5) Don't be impatient. Great things come when you learn to trust the process.

  1. Zanima me ali se z pomočjo tega izdelka ter seveda vadbe in prehrane da izgubiti tudi maščobo na stegnih?

    izgubljanje maščobne mase samo na določenem delu telesa je mit, to je celovit proces; kje bo pa le-ta izginila najprej pa je odvisno od veliko faktorjev:) Če te zanima kaj več o tem, me lahko kontaktiraš tudi privat:)
